The Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales Manager

The Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales Manager is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and booth space packages for events by targeting various local companies, organizations and associations. The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification.


  • Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each event;
  • Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each event;
  • Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors;
  • Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
  • Update the company database as required;
  • Coordinate various services for clients;
  • Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;
  • Maintain knowledge of event timelines and sponsorship deadlines;
  • Delegate administrative functions to assistants/interns where possible;
  • Attend each event from set up and break-down
  • Work with the Executive Team to continually keep the events fresh and improve on our already successful platform
  • Professionally represent Clear Vision Productions/Exponential Creations at all times.

Marketing Assistant

This is a newly created entry-level position and is perfect for a recent college graduate who is looking for an exciting first job in the world of marketing and event planning. If you like a fast paced work environment where you are integral part of an experienced, successful team of marketing and event planning mavens producing upward of 20 very successful events throughout the Northeast and the Tri-state area, this is the job for you.


  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Attending and participating in brainstorming, marketing, PR and venue walk through meetings
  • Creating proposals for potential Sponsors and new events
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects.
  • Maintaining current information in corporate databases for business contacts, consumer databases, sponsors and vendor lists.
  • Attend all events
  • Provide on-site event assistance to external and internal groups with direction Senior Event Planner
  • Coordinate sponsors and exhibitors event set up, event hours, and event tear down.
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns before, during and after events.
  • Creates proposals, contracts and invoices for clients, sponsors and vendors. Manages proposal and contract tracking.
  • Develops event specific organizational tools such as production timelines, contact lists, on site deliverables schedules.
  • Provides research support and completes tasks required for event execution.
  • Manages collateral production for printed materials, brochures, signage and other marketing pieces.
  • Compiles post event wrap up reports, evaluations and client summaries.
  • Maintains the social media campaigns for all events and marketing projects

Marketing Intern

As one of our interns, you will receive a well rounded “real-life” experience internship and will walk away with a portfolio you can use for future interviews. Depending on your concentration, your internship will include many of the following responsibilities:

Marketing/PR/Event Planning:

  •  Learn how to create and execute a marketing/media/PR plan
  • Create and execute the Social Media plan for various events
  • Maintain a list of media contacts
  • Write press releases, blog entries and promotional copy
  • Coordinate press interviews
  • Attend media events
  • Learn how to prospect/research sponsors
  • Make presentations in person and on the phone
  • Attend planning meetings with media reps (TV, Radio and Print)
  • Attend networking events• Interact with sponsors and exhibitors
  • Learn how to create an event from the beginning stages from researching the marketing and deciding on a venue to negotiating ticket and catering rates and securing the talent and sponsors.

Graphic Design Intern


  • Create layouts and print files for show posters, postcards, ads, on-line banners
  • Create layouts and print files for any collateral material both for Clear Vision and their exhibitors
  • Creating power point presentations for potential sponsors and exhibitors
  • Create complimentary hand out materials for restaurants, salons and other store front exhibitor locations
  • Creating Show Signage and Stage Props
  • Update our website including new designs for each show
